A storefront in Larchmont is not required to participate. \nOur community loves it when the streets are full of offerings and activities. As a business community\, let's come together to share our offerings in a fun and festive environment. \nRegister now! Deadline is May 2. \nRegistration fees are as follows: $75 - Chamber Members with a Storefront/Restaurant$300 - Chamber Members without a Storefront/Restaurant $380 - Non-Chamber MembersFREE - Nonprofit Chamber Members \nParticipants will receive:- A space to sell your goods either in front of your store or in a prime corridor of the sale for the three days of the sale. (You will not be required to exhibit on all days\, but it is strongly encouraged.) - Inclusion in the list of vendors that will be part of the promotion. - Inclusion in the map that will list all the vendors. - Event social media assets for you to use in your own promotion. - Window sign. \nSet-up Guidelines- Hours of the event will be 10 am - 6 pm (Thurs. - Sat.) - If Friday or Saturday is a rain out\, we will offer Sunday as a backup option from 10 am - 3 pm. - You must be completely set up by 10 am and you cannot break down your area until 6 pm. - Each vendor should bring their own tables and any other materials needed. - No open flames are permitted on the sidewalk. - You must leave the sidewalks clear of any materials each night. - Vendors will have the option to set up in front of their storefront or be in the Palmer & Chatsworth Avenues corridor. \nNOTE: All participants MUST register if they plan to sell outside during this event. If you do not register\, you will not be included in the promotion or organization of this event.
