Experienced restauranteurs, this team is focused on bringing you the very best ingredients showcased in creative dishes in a welcoming atmosphere. Heritage 147 is their wishlist restaurant in all respects - everything they'd want in a place to dine with their own families as well as a great experience for the caring folks that are their employees. It's as local as local get here... from the food to the furnishings, their collaborators, and the conversation.

Our Philosophy
Heritage 147 was born out of the need to get back to our roots and embrace the steadfast nature of our heritage. We are community-oriented and fans of the slow-living movement. We believe in kindness and care above all else - oh, and really, really good food.

Locally Grown; Sustainably Sourced
At Heritage 147, we want to know where our food comes from just as much as you do. In fact, we're kind of obsessed with it. We sourced the best domestic, sustainably grown, and foraged products we can find - bringing you a menu that you can be confident is not only good; but good for you.

Farm-to-Fork
Food should be simple & honest. Our menu highlights ingredients local and domestic that are both familiar and exciting.

Clean ingredients; pure air
We believe the safety of our guests and employees is one of the most important aspects of our business. In order to provide and safe work environment and dining experience, we have installed two iWave Air Purifiers. These purifiers use state-of-the-art ionization technology to significantly reduce a wide variety of pathogens in the air and on hard, no-porous surfaces. We've also installed a 'living wall' - in addition to providing ambiance and decor, it helps clean and cool the air while also promoting positive a mental outlook.
