About
The Rye YMCA is a family-oriented community service organization which welcomes all people and promotes positive values through programs that build spirit, mind and body.
We serve the communities of Rye, Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Harrison, Port Chester and Rye Brook with members and program participants also coming from other parts of Westchester County.
In addition to providing opportunities for our 8,000+ members to pursue their health and wellness goals, we offer:
Safe, affordable and nurturing child care, including summer and vacation camps, full-day child care, after school programs at two sites, a pre-school enrichment program, and nursery school in Mamaroneck.
Chronic disease prevention programs, including LIVESTRONG at the YMCA for cancer survivors, Walk with Ease for adults with arthritis, and the YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program.
Swim lessons and gymnastics, sports and enrichment programs for babies and children ages 6 months-18 years old.
Activities for active older adults, including Pickleball, volunteer opportunities and water exercise classes.
