2026 Sidewalk Sale

Description

The Chamber's Annual Sidewalk Sale will be back this Spring from Thursday, May 28 through Saturday, May 30! Sunday, May 31 will be a rain date, in case needed.  

We are, again this year, looking to expand participation in the Sidewalk Sale to include ALL types of vendors and family-friendly offerings. We are striving to make the streets come alive with great opportunities to sell your goods, get your brand noticed and share your information with the community!

We welcome member and non-member merchants, food providers, family-friendly activities and more! A storefront in Larchmont is not required to participate. 

Our community loves it when the streets are full of offerings and activities. As a business community, let's come together to share our offerings in a fun and festive environment. 

Register now! Deadline is May 2. 

Registration fees are as follows: 

$75 - Chamber Members with a Storefront/Restaurant

$300 - Chamber Members without a Storefront/Restaurant 

$380 - Non-Chamber Members

FREE - Nonprofit Chamber Members 

Participants will receive:

- A space to sell your goods either in front of your store or in a prime corridor of the sale for the three days of the sale. (You will not be required to exhibit on all days, but it is strongly encouraged.) 

- Inclusion in the list of vendors that will be part of the promotion. 

- Inclusion in the map that will list all the vendors. 

- Event social media assets for you to use in your own promotion. 

- Window sign. 

Set-up Guidelines

- Hours of the event will be 10 am - 6 pm (Thurs. - Sat.)  

- If Friday or Saturday is a rain out, we will offer Sunday as a backup option from 10 am - 3 pm. 

- You must be completely set up by 10 am and you cannot break down your area until 6 pm. 

- Each vendor should bring their own tables and any other materials needed. 

- No open flames are permitted on the sidewalk. 

- You must leave the sidewalks clear of any materials each night. 

- Vendors will have the option to set up in front of their storefront or be in the Palmer & Chatsworth Avenues corridor.  

NOTE: All participants MUST register if they plan to sell outside during this event. If you do not register, you will not be included in the promotion or organization of this event. You will also not be included in the permit for the event. 

IMPORTANT: If you register to participate, you are STRONGLY encouraged to set up on the sidewalk and offer something to customers. If you are on the map, customers will be looking for something on the sidewalk!
