Sleighbells on the Avenues returns this holiday season bigger and better than ever!

Festivities begin on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 30:

● Find Frosty Scavenger Hunt: The family-friendly scavenger hunt returns with children finding Frosty the Snowman hidden in local stores. When Frosty is found, the store gives them a stamp. 10 stamps allows them to be entered in a raffle to win prizes. This activity runs for one week, Nov. 30 – Dec. 7.

● NEW - Sip & Shop: Local wine stores will partner with retailers on Nov. 30 to provide free tastings from 3 to 7 p.m.

● NEW - Trolley: A free trolley will transport shoppers between our two shopping districts (Palmer and Boston Post Road) on Nov. 30.

● NEW - Shop Larchmont: This loyalty card program will return for the holiday season, kicking off on Nov. 30 and running through Dec. 31. Shoppers earn stickers for every $50 spent at participating shops. After three stickers they can enter to win prizes.

● NEW - Downtown Décor: The Chamber will host a holiday décor contest to make the streets more festive and allow local charities to compete for a $500 donation. Decorations will be up until year’s end.

● Wishing Wall: A community space for residents to share their holiday wishes for the entire season.

● Free Parking from the Village on Nov. 30. 

Our classic holiday events return as a Family Fun Day on Saturday, Dec. 7:

● Sleigh Rides: Horse-drawn carriages take passengers on a loop around Larchmont and Chatsworth Avenues.

● Santa + Rudolph: Children will delight at the opportunity to meet Santa and share their Christmas wishes. 

● Elsa + Olaf: Characters from the Disney film Frozen will greet young visitors. 

● Carolers: Costumed carolers will serenade holiday shoppers. 

● Find Frosty Scavenger Hunt: The scavenger hunt comes to an end this Saturday and prizes are awarded.

● Free Parking from the Village on Dec. 7.

SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsorship benefits will include on-site signage in addition to social media benefits across all three of the Chamber’s channels: Love Larchmont Facebook, Love Larchmont Instagram and Larchmont Chamber 10538 Facebook.

The Chamber boasts a Facebook audience of approximately 13,000 active, local community members and approximately 5,800 more on Instagram. Our sites are ranked in the top 75-100% for content interactions and followers. It’s hyper-local marketing for your brand!

Individual sponsorship benefits are categorized by tiers:

TOP TIER: Minimum $4,000

On-site signage, your logo on the banner at the Post Office, logo on the event page with a link to your website, plus 3 posts during the promotion related to specific sponsorship across 3 channels.

MID-TIER: Minimum $2,000 

On-site signage, your logo on the banner at the Post Office, logo on the event page with a link to your website, plus 2 posts during the promotion related to specific sponsorship across 3 channels.

ENTRY: Minimum $300

On-site signage, your logo on the banner at the Post Office, logo on the event page with a link to your website, plus 1 post during the promotion related to specific sponsorship across 3 channels.

TROLLEY SPONSORSHIP: $250 

Your logo on the Trolley stop signage, on the Sip & Shop event page, and printed on in-store flyers and maps for the event.
