Sleighbells on the Avenues Brings Holiday Excitement to the Village!
Larchmont invites you to join in as the village is filled with the sound of sleigh bells as horse-drawn carriage rides, visits with Santa, and tree lightings illuminate the downtown. These free events are organized by the Larchmont Chamber of Commerce and supported by local merchants. Also, this year, the community is invited to stop by the Wishing Wall and post their wish for the new year.
Kicking off the season is the Digital Downtown online shopping guide. Peruse the online offerings of local businesses and find those unique gifts for the season.

This annual Digital Downtown online gift catalog will help you find unique gifts for everyone on your list, all from your favorite local businesses.

Celebrate Small Business Saturday and Shop Local! Find Frosty, a village-wide scavenger hunt for kids running from Saturday, Nov 25 through Saturday, Dec. 2. The kids hunt for Frosty across village merchants to win prizes while you shop. Pick up your Frosty passport at Atelier Modern and scout out Frosty charms in stores throughout town, while taking advantage of Small Business Saturday promotions. There will be prizes for the winners!

Wishing Wall Exhibit to Add Your Wish for the Season
NEW THIS YEAR – The Larchmont Chamber will offer the community a Wishing Wall this holiday season. A place for people to visit and write their wish for the new year and post on a wall created by The Flower Bar. The Wishing Wall will be located inside J Anderson’s Books. Stop by to post your wish or take in the other wishes that are shared by your community this season.
In January, the wishes will be collected and unified into a wreath. The Community of Wishes wreath will be on display locally. Additional details to come.

12 – 2 p.m. Santa & Mrs. Claus – The Clauses will be in a snow globe in Addison Park.

12 – 3 p.m. Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides – Carriages will connect the two downtown business districts by traveling in a loop along Chatsworth and Larchmont Aves. You can catch a ride at two stops – Larchmont Ave. at Addison and Chatsworth Ave. at Vanderburgh.

12 – 3 p.m. Holiday Carolers – Carolers will serenade you while you wait for your carriage ride near the stops Chatsworth Ave. at Vanderburgh and Larchmont Ave. at Addison.

Tree Trimming Contest
When you are downtown this holiday season, stop by the five holiday trees stationed at both ends of our downtown business districts and cast your vote.
The trees are decorated by local nonprofit organizations and sponsored by local businesses. The nonprofit with the winning tree will receive $500.
